A unique collection of 33 endlessly imaginative recipes from the world-class chefs who work their culinary magic at Southern California’s most famous restaurants! Now the home-based “chef” can wow dinner guests with these sumptuous savories from celebrated eating spots, or simply create a romantic evening, topped with inspiring cuisine.


In addition to the recipes, behind-the-scenes interviews with eclectic Master Chefs provide cooking tips, anecdotes and more than a few personal culinary secrets.

The author’s proceeds from Compliments to the Chef are being donated to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank to further its work in providing food and meals to the homeless and disadvantaged.
